Why: As we begin to recover from the past two years, we are eager to shift from a mode of day-to-day survival to an environment where our entire community of students, teachers, staff and families are thriving. Our strategic plan will engage these stakeholders to align our focus and energy as we move forward together.
What: Throughout March and April, we will create an actionable 3-year roadmap for Lincoln that builds on our strengths and prepares us for future challenges and opportunities. The planning process will be led by Michelle and Stacy, two Lincoln parents who are seasoned facilitators, non-profit professionals and strategy consultants. We are grateful for this unique opportunity and the generous donation of their expertise!
We need your help! A successful plan depends on the perspectives, priorities and big ideas that come from our community. We have created several opportunities for participation and invite you to share your voice!
