  • WELCOME TO THE LINCOLN LIBRARY AND COMPUTER LAB WEBPAGE

    The Lincoln library is home to approximately 5,500 books, all age-appropriate for elementary students. 
    Each classroom at Lincoln has 30 minutes of library time each week to read, relax, and check out books.
    Students are also welcome any other time to select books for research purposes and additional checkout. 

     

    Reading Is Fundamental, Inc. (RIF) is the nation's oldest and largest non-profit children's literacy organization. 
    Its purpose is to help young people discover the joy and acquire the habit of reading. RIF supports literacy
    development by providing free books for children to choose and keep.  The Lincoln library is please to provide
    your child with RIF books.  Each class will be able to choose a RIF book during its scheduled library time
    during the weeks of: November 16th, January 11th and March 1st of the 2009-2010 school year.

    Computer:

    The computer lab, located in the back of the library, is a 25-workstation PC lab used by
    classroom teachers to support classroom learning and curriculum.  Lab activities include
    publication of classroom writing, keyboarding,
    Everyday Math Games, Internet research,
